The 2024 edition of the United Nations Games marked the beginning of a new tradition connecting the UN community and Permanent Missions through friendly sporting competition.
Participants came together around shared values of teamwork, inclusion, fair play and mutual respect, demonstrating the practical contribution of sport to dialogue and trust.
The experience created a foundation for the expansion of the Games in 2025 and 2026.
