UN Games Secretariat
The United Nations Games Secretariat supports the continuous coordination, planning and implementation of the Games, working closely with the Organizing Committee and participating Permanent Missions, UN entities, partners and sports coordinators.

Mr. Graciano Gaillard
Proposed Executive Secretary
Provides overall institutional and strategic coordination of the Secretariat, supporting engagement with the Organizing Committee, Permanent Missions and the United Nations system.
Mr. Kenny Huang
Proposed Director
Oversees the operational coordination and implementation of the Games, including sports activities, event delivery and cooperation across the Secretariat’s functional areas.
Mr. Mirko Montuori
Proposed Senior Adviser
Provides senior-level advice and guidance to support the strategic development, institutional coordination and continued advancement of the UN Games Secretariat.
Ms. Noura Sadadou
Proposed Events & Operations Coordinator (World Concierge)
Supports event and operational coordination, contributing to participant services, event delivery and cooperation across the Secretariat’s functional areas.
Together, the proposed Secretariat leadership and coordination team would provide continuity and operational support, helping advance the Games as an inclusive platform for sports diplomacy, friendship and cooperation.
